Q:
I installed an air bath, before installing I tested and everything worked properly, after completing install, now the air pump won't do anything. I have tested the electrical, and have power to the GFCI plug, is there a fuse or reset on the motor?

  You may have pulled the rubber air tube off of the on/off button or the switch on the motor during installation. Q:
The Factory Rep and the Distributor both assured us the our tub has a heater. But all it does is blow cool air. The manual does does have a troubleshooting chart or section Can you email this to me so I can attempt to solve this problem.

  A:
  The Evolution Oval Air Bath does come with an air heater built into the air blower. This is also true for all American Standard air baths. The heater does ensure that the air leaving the blower is heated, and if you were to remove the blower hose and feel the air directly you would feel that it is heated air.
  
  When you soak in an air bath, two things happen. First, no matter how warm we make the air, it loses much of its heat to the water as the bubbles travel through the water. Second, when the bubbles hit your body your skin is wet, and there is a slight amount of evaporation that occurs. When water evaporates off your skin, it cools the skin down (that's why it feels so cold when you get out of the shower).
  
  So the short answer is that we heat the air as much as it is save to do, but because of the nature of air baths, the bubbles have a tendency to lose some of that heat, and to feel cool against your skin. We are looking for ways to improve this, but right now that is the state-of-the-art in air baths, and you fill find the same thing with any manufacturers' products.
