The AcryLUX® Collection is a new line of remarkably durable acrylic bath and shower products perfect for builder projects. The durable acrylic –capped ABS is fiberglass reinforced for maximum strength and makes it tough enough for jobsite handling. The acrylic surface has a beautiful, brilliant, scratch-resistant shine, is easy to clean and easy to repair scuffs and scratches.

Comments about American Standard ACRYLUX 36"x 36" Shower Wall Set:

Was very dissappointed by this purchase. Did not fit together well, warped sides. Some spots you could see light through it(transparencies) - not covered with enough fiberglass. Should have support ribs across the back for structure. Felt like i would put my elbow through it if i slipped. Product should be discontinued.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Hi I ordered these walls today (back panel and left wall panel), I do not need the right hand panel as the glass wall for the door surround will be put in that area. The description says there is a pin and slot design, will there be holes in one side that we will see, on the right side?

      Hi,

      The Acrylux 36"x36" shower is not an ADA shower. The Acrylux 36"x36" shower, like most showers of this size, fits into a 36" alcove, and has a 5" threshold which is ideal for avoiding splashed water in the bathroom. However, ADA 36"x36" shower bases have a 36"x36" inside dimension, so they actually require a larger rough opening. They also do not have thresholds, which facilitates use by a bather in a wheelchair.
