  • Q:

    Which way should the toilet paper holder point? I will mount the holder on left side of the toilet on the wall. It will be 26" from the floor and because of the short wall it will be positioned mid point of the tolet bowl. Should I point the open end forward or back?

  • Q:

    We have two green tea toilet paper holders in our home. We have had to tighten them over and over - using the wrench that came with the holders. They were both installed about 1 1/2 years ago by our builder. One holder is loose from the wall and will not tighten by using the set screw which we now can't remove. Any suggestions of how to remove the set screw, etc.?

      A:

      The only way to remove the set screw is to use the wrench you currently have. If it has been overtightened, it may require considerable force to break loose.

  • Q:

    I recently remodeled my bathroom and used your green tea line for accessories. This was a contracted job, I did not do the work myself. The problem is that the toilet paper holder is loose and needs to be tightened. I can't find any tool in my toolbox that will tighten the mechanism.

    I assume the product came with an allen wrench or similar disposable tool and this was discarded at the end of the project.

    Can you please help me?
