  • Q:

    I keep trying to order the Williamsburg toilet paper holder from your only-named source, Home Depot. They do not show it available to order on the internet source, but twice I've received it from phone order to the store. Each time I have ordered CHROME/BRASS finish, which your website shows and lists as such, and each time Home Depot has sent me AL-WLBPH-16, which is satin nickel and brass. Perhaps it would help me get the correct product if you would give me the correct finish number, since it obviously is not 16, but Home Depot can't seem to get it right. Thank you!
