  • Q:

    I want to replace the cartridge and have an amarilis series 028610-0070A part, is there a left cartridge and a right cartridge? when I replace the right cartridge, I cannot get the handle to work as it did before, the faucet handle now is perpendicular with the sink not parallel. I have to turn it parallel to turn the water on. Is this a left side cartridge or is there a way to adjust?

      A:

      The cartridges are interchangeable. If you remove the spring clip off of the cartridge and turn the washer 90 degrees and replace the spring clip it will work properly for you.

  • Q:

    We have a Amarilis deck mount bath filler..Spray uni stopped working. Ordered new transfer rod, washer, o rings valve cone and screw. Tried to install the reverse order of removal but DID NOT work. Really had to pull up HARD to get it to spray once.Dont want to break it..Advise..Thanks

      A:

      Chrome is completely reflective, nickel has a much more diffuse refraction. On any of the product detail pages of the website there are images on the right side. Under the images are swatches you can click on to view the different finishes. Some products have images in every finish.
