  • Q:

    Our faucet just started spraying in a heavy and splattered pattern. I took off filter, cleaned it (not too dirty) and replaced it. Faucet has not improved. I felt inside and it feels like there is another filter above the one I screwed out. Could this be the probelem, if so, how do I get it out. Don't want to break anything.

      A:

      if the water is not spraying when the aerator is off, then yes it would be the issue and need to be replaced.

  • Q:

    I cannot get hot water from the faucet. I have checked the water coming in - ok; I have the faucet completely apart with the cartridge out but still no hot water coming out of the manifold! Cold - ok; I thought there could be some debris in the faucet but it is completely apart! How can there be no water coming out of the manifold!!! faucet is installed in sink. Stopped about 1 month after installed by plumber. Thanks, Frank
