Comments about American Standard Copeland Deck-Mount Tub Filler:

We put the Copeland faucet with shower in our walk-in tub almost two years ago. Since then hardly a day goes by that it doesn't get used. Being able to sit down to take a bath or shower is wonderful and the Copeland faucet adds to the convenience as it is very easy to use and it has been very, very reliable. We also got Copeland faucets for the two bathroom sinks plus matching hooks and towel holders; everything is the same, all match which is very good.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    I am interested in installing this faucet with the 7236LC whirlpool bath. Can this be mounted directly on the tub? Or would I need to construct a ledge for the faucet?

      A:

      It can be mounted on the tub if you drill the tub with the correct size carbide tipped whole saw with a pilot bit in an area there is room on the deck. Also assure the faucet pipes will not be interfering with the whirlpool piping on the tub. Thank you.

    how do you clean the blackened bronze faucets. they always look splotchy and fingerprinted. please help as washing with just water seems to make them worse

      Please refer to the care instructions contain within the lifetime warranty as this will provide details for routine and heavy cleaning. For example, a mild liquid detergent, clear glass cleaner, or fully disolved powdered cleaners mixed to the manufacturers instructions. Once cleaned and rinsed, blot dry with a soft cotton cloth.
