                How do you disassemble the valve? The cold water will only dribble out and there must be something clogging it.

                I just bought this faucet for my bath and my contractor says it will only work with a 1" countertop or less... my 3cm granite is already paid for.. help.. is this true?? and if it is can we do something to make them fit???

                  We only have extensions for the 4" centerset faucets not the widespread. Your contractor is correct that the granite may be too thick for the shanks.
