    • Q:

      We are trying to install new cartridges. How do we unthread the handle base from the deck adapter? We have tried, but it won't budge. Is the lever part of the handle base? Should we be able to remove the lever? Does the lever pull off, or is it threaded?

        A:

        Please refer to the installation instruction section 10. The handles thread onto the deck adapters. To loosen the handles you may need some WD-40.
