    Hi, we had the Green tea tub filler/hand held sprayer installed a few weeks ago. I am trying to figure out if there is a piece missing on it. The hand held sprayer works fine, but there is a gap where it screws into the base, about 1/8 of an inch. The threads of screw-base are visible, so I am wondering if there was an o-ring or collar piece that should have been attached between the two pieces. It doesn't seem to screw down any further. Thanks!
