  • Q:

    I buy a bathroom faucets in 2004, now the faucet can not close water. I think a easy way would be replaced the cartridge.
    When I brought the part to HD, they said HD does not have it. The asked me to order the part from American Standard.
    Since I don't have a model #, how do I get this right part?
