                How far does the drain lever on the back of the faucet stick out? They drilled holes in Cambria too close to the backsplash for the faucet drain pullout on the Addison Delta they installed. I have barely 1" from back of faucet to backsplash. Would this model work with no furter drilling in Cambria top?

                I want to loosen the mounting nut on my 2064-101 single control lavatory faucet so I can reposition the faucet to completely cover the mounting hole (the plumber left a gap at the rear of the escutcheon ring, allowing water to leak through). I don't know what tool will grasp the mounting nut because the hot & cold faucet supplies are adjacent to and touching the mounting nut, preventing access. The wall is only 2" from the rear of the mounting nut, and the sink is only 2" from the front of the mounting nut. How can I access the mounting nut to loosen it?

                  A:

                  A small adjustable wrench can be worked to loosen the nut. You will only get approximately 1/8 of a turn per attempt however it will not take too much to loosen to the point the faucet can be repositioned. Once repositioned, ask someone to assist you in keeping the faucet in position while retightening
