You should be able to remove the handle on this faucet by just simply unscrewing the entire handle. You will need an adjustable wrench to remove the valve. Please contact customer service at 1-800-442-1902 if you need further assistance.

  • Q:

My bathroom sink is clogged and I would like to remove the drain piece (stopper) to remove any hair clogs, before putting Drano down there. Is there a simple way to disconnect the "quick connect" drain? PS. The finish is gold.
Asked on 11/13/2011 by Joy the Plumber from Atlanta Ga

    • CUSTOMER CARE

      A:

On the underside of the sink, where the cable attaches to the drain, you will need to unthread the gray plastic part of the cable. Once you have removed this, there will be a little plastic cam assemble that will just pop out of the side of the drain. After removing this the stopper should just slide right out.

  • Q:

The main drain is leaking becuase the foam gasket got shot from a drain opener liquid. Used putty but it is still leaking from the main drain. There is a groove on the rubber washer that locks from underneath. There is no crack in the sink. Should I replace the washer and where can I get it?
    Asked on 10/27/2011 by Anonymous

    • CUSTOMER CARE

      A:

You may need to replace that gasket. Please contact customer service at 1-800-442-1902 for information on ordering the part. You should be able to stop the leak with plumbers putty also, but you will need a sufficient amount, as if you were installing the drain from new. Also you would want to remove the drain and clean up any build up that may be there, before putting new putty in place.

  • Q:

The cartridges are good in my faucet and so is the aerator yet I still have extremely low flow. Water pressure is great up to the faucet. Is it possible that there is a blockage in the T-Joint... if so how would one go about unblocking it?
    Thank you,

  • Q:

Is there a separate valve for hot and cold. I put replacement cartridges in and they look identical to the old ceramic valves, however, the cold water one turns on in the shut off position and off in the on position. Both replacement cartridges were the same stock number ,11-4307, from QRP of 770 Central Boulevard, Carlstadt, NJ.
