Easy to install . Water Supply lines were long enough to connect, and there wasn't any need to buy additional water supply lines.
The NEW drain Pop-up design connection was TOO easy and works like a charm. It was the easiest faucet that I ever installed.

This faucet is in two types. One type is with the popup which of course the popup hole would be present and the other is less the popup hole. There is not a plug available for this particular faucet hoever the plug button for the 2175 Colony Soft should fit. The part number is M907277-YYY0A

The 7365 series faucet is leaking from the base.
I want to see if replacing the cartridge will fix it.
Water is dripping from the two holes in the basin where the supply lines go thru.
Please tell me how to remove the cartridge.
            Thank you.

Unless there is an actual problem with the water lines, the cartridge will fix the leak.

I'm getting a brief sulfur smell when I turn on both hot and cold water (no where else in the house). Could this be a faucet problem or a problem in the flexible hoses coming to the faucet.

            1 answer

            • CUSTOMER CARE

              A:

There are no materials in the faucet that would contribute to a sulfer smell. It is possible this odor is being emmited from the drain. Cleaning out the drain should resolve the issue.

The carteidge seals are pleced by first removing the handle and then removing the cartridge to expose the seals.

This picture appears to be the faucet in which I purchased two last year and had installed in both bathrooms. Now the main one has collected enough hair down the drain and the plug or stopper will not come out. What is the secret to getting the plug out so I can clean the stuff that has become attached to it?

            • CUSTOMER CARE

              A:

You must have the Speed Connect Drain with the cable system attached to the drain pipe. You simple turn the handle to the left to unhook the cable, then pop out the cam cap, with your fingers or the flat edge of a screwdriver. Then, you will wiggle the cam assembly around until you can pull it away from the drain pipe. It has a small plastic hook that attaches to the bottom of the stopper. By removing the cam assembly, you can easily pull out the stopper and remove the clog.

I have two of these facets in my sons bathroom. They are 10 years old. They have begun to leak from the sides and replaced the cartridge thinking the seal went bad but they are still leaking. Can you help me?

              A:

The cartridge should have fixed the leak. If there is a crack in the plastic piece that seats under the spout that could also cause a leak. For further trouble shooting you will need to contact our customer service department at 1-800-442-1902 dial prompt 1 and 1 for assistance.
