        I manage a hotel with a 138 of these units installed. We have a problem in almost all where there is alge/mold growth within the overflow cavity. The overflow cap also has gowth on it. How can we eliminate this issue. Also where can i purchase additional overflow caps. I can not seam to finds them

          The overflow cap has a part number of 738990-0020A; it can be ordered through any local distributor. The use of bleach in the overflow cavity will be necessary to remove the mold or alge.

          If water is remaining in the overflow that would indicate there is a clog somewhere. I would suggest to clear any clogs that may be in the drain.
