I use this in my small master bath & it is wonderful, there is enough space for my products, towels etc. & it clears the floor & makes the room appear larger. I am so glad I chose this sink, it was the perfect solution to a small room.

Q:
Can the American Standard Ravenna Wall-Mounted Sink be mounted on the wall WITHOUT the white thingy under the sink that covers up the plumbing? The wall is ripped out so we can put in wood supports between the studs for the mounting bolts; do we need to do anything else?

What is the inside width of the semi-pedestal at the top & bottom?...I'm replacing an existing pedestal sink and want to be sure that the existing plumbing will fit inside it. Also, is the total height of the semi-pedestal 12.75"?

Q:
Is it absolutely required for the structural support of the sink that the semi-pedestal be installed? Reading the installation document it appears as if the sink itself could be mounted to the wall with 2 bolts through the mounting holes in the back of the sink and never install the semi-pedestal. I don't want to mount the semi-pedestal, but I also don't want my sink to fall off the wall.

Is this product ADA compliant as it shows with the towl rack?? I don't think it is but I really love the sink and need it to be ADA compliant , there fore.. If we remove the towl rack will it therefore be considered ADA compliant?
