  • Q:

    The LEFT side (as you look at the bidet) has BLUE stains running down in stripes. There are NO stripes on the RIGHT side. I have tried 10+ products to remove these stains and they are still there. I LOVE this unit, but it is ugly. Please help. (The stains were there about 6 mo after installation...) Thanks

      A:

      I would try CLR, spray on and leave sit, then scrub with a nylon brush. If this does not resolve your problem, I would call the warranty / technical line at 1-800-442-1902 options 1-4-2.
