      A:

      The first step would be to remove the grey wire, then reattach and reset the sensor range. If when plugging the grey wire in, you do not see any red flashes at the sensor, you have a power issue. If the sensor is flashing, reset the sensor range and it should work properly. If this does not solve your issue, call into the warranty / technical line at 1-800-442-1902 option 1-4-1 for in-depth diagnosis.
