      You will need to remove the grey wire let stay unplugged for a few mins they plug it back in, more than likely it needs to be reset.

    We installed this product on a high school project with wall hung lavatories and the mixing valve and wiring are exposed. Do you make a version of the mixing valve that has a finished cover that can be exposed to view and hides the wiring to make this installation vandal proof?
