Can this faucet provide less than 0.5 gpm? I am trying to see if it is possible to get one that has 0.25 gpm.

  The current minimum flow rate for this faucet is .5 gpm. There currently is not an aerator rated less available.

All Selectronic products share a common sensor and electronics platform to control a wide range of faucets and flush valves, including many water-conserving models. The common sensor & electronics platform simplifies customer training, maintenance and reduces spare parts inventory.
  
  The state-of-the-art electronics eliminate false activations to ensure that faucet or flush valve will only operate when a user is present. Range and running times are easily adjustable and can be done without tools using an optional remote control.
