    I have had this faucet installed for about three years in a rarely used space...I just used it and it won't shut off. I turned the water off at the valve. How do I fix this?

  • Q:

    In 2005 we installed eight American Standard Model 1340M Series Metering Faucets at the Bay Center (www.savebay.org). They have held up well. To replace the valve catridge kit for this unit I will need part number 012690-0020A. It looks like American Standard no longer sell this part. Furthermore, on American Standard's 2010 website this faucet is now shown as a 1340M.109 and none of the parts are interchangable. Please advise.
