          My only compaint about this whole process of finding this faucet was that my neighbor had somehow found you guys and had ordered the equivalent faucet. She knew I had the same sink and faucet as she had so she gave me the box that hers came in. I tried to find it on your web site by putting in the exact part number as it appeared on the box and it did not find it. Later I was able to find it by abbreviating it. Once I found it then the part number was exactly what was on the box. Your search engine needs a little work.

          Replaced low-end washer-type faucet on 80 year-old wall sink in our kitchen. Glad to no longer need to frequently replace washers or the faucets which wore out rapidly.

            I have a heritage 7298.152 for about 7 years that the spout has broken about an inch up from the swivel. It appears to have a corrosion problem at the break. My water has been tested and did not require a conditioner so I do not believe the water is that corrosive. Is there a warranty on this as it seems that there is a material problem?

              The part # for a replacement spout assembly is 012255-0020A. This faucet is under warranty if it is installed in a residential application (home, apartment, condo, etc.). It is not covered by the warranty if it is installed in a Commercial application.
