      This would work on your cmu wall as long as it is properly installed with reinforcement. I would possibly call the company that put the wall up and ask if they would recommend this on their wall with this type of material.

    I installed the Lucerne with two metal legs in the front. There were no instructions with the legs, and I can't get them to fit snug and tight under the sink. They keep loosening up and falling down. There are extra parts that came with the legs that I can't figure out how to install. Anyone have experience with this?

      This sink is ADA approved when installed the the ADA specifications. The use of a wall carrier will also be needed. There is no bariatric testing per se, and all wall hung sinks are only tested 250 lbs static weight.

    Can this model be counter-mounted (with a back splash to which it will be attached)? That is, is it flat enough around the rim on the bottom to sit on a counter? I would seal between the sink and counter with a bead of caulk.
