      It is a grid drain and the part number is 7716.020. . You may call the Credit Card Line at 1-800-442-1902, and then press option 5 for Consumer, then option 5 for Technical Customer Support. Our office is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., EST and Saturday 8am - 6pm. Be prepared to have your model number, month/year of purchase, name, street address, phone number, and credit card. Any of our qualified technical customer service representatives will be glad to assist you.

    I have a surgeon's scrub sink with a mixing valve that looks like the part of a spur that fits on the boot, where the knee operates it.I need gaskets and rubber parts to rebuild it but can't find the model number to get part numbers to order them.
