      The reason i bought this faucet is because you can shut off the water and when you turn it back on its the same water temperature i was using so i don't have to scald myself like i did with my previous Delta.

          Looks great. Installation was not as easy as the box stated. Never stated on box that you need to supply your own flexible supply lines. States you only need pliers, wrench and Phillips screw driver. What the screwdriver was for, we haven't figured out yet. Would have been nice to know that we needed to buy supply lines while at the store so we didn't need a second trip!

          Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

            Much better than other brands for the money. This replaced a Delta less than 5 yrs old. Nice styling, solid build. Instructions could give more install info, no mention of using plumbers party on the base mount. But it meets my needs without spending alot.

              I have an older single handle kitchen faucet and need seals (o-rings) for the spout assembly.

              The o-rings look to be 2 1/8" OD and 1 7/8" ID or somewhat close. I found 2 1/8" OD and 1 15/16" ID, this o-ring fits, but is loose on the valve cartridge. It did slow the leak, but I still am having issues.

              I do not know model for the faucet, but it looks like the Cadet series. This model has the single handle that does not use a "set screw"...it just snaps off the valve assembly.

              Suggestions as to replacement parts. I cannot find the correct size o-rings.

                There is no mounting nut in the center. You may need to spray some WD-40 on the side valves where you removed the mounting nuts to remove the faucet. You will need to disconnect the side spray of you have one.

              I just installed this faucet and didn't use plumbers putty or silicone. Does the plastic plate underneath the sink provide a good enough seal so that water won't leak under the cabinet?

                A:

                It sounds like when you turned the water on there was alot of water pressure and it could have caused the diverter to pop out of place. You will need to remove the handle and spout and put the diverter back into the housing and reinstall the spout and handle.

              memory position valving: I can find no explanation anywhere as to how this feature works or what turns it on or off. I can think of nothing worse than wanting to change temperatures with the faucet handle and the faucet not allowing you to.

                This feature, just means that you can close the handle and open it in any spot, without having to go back to the middle each time you want to turn the faucet on or off. You can change your temperature with the faucet at anytime, and should not have any issues.
