      For me the most impressive feature of this product is the ease of operation and I love the shade of blackened bronze finish. This faucet features the only 4' long pull-out hose that I was able to find on line.

        Hi,

        I bought this faucet in May of '09 and discovered water under the sink. I cleaned out the cabinet and found water dripping from the faucet supply line and spray hose area. It only seems to drip when I turn the water on and will drip for a few minutes after shutoff. Any suggestions?

          There is an o ring at the bottom of this base that probably needs replaced. Please call us at 1-800-442-1902, prompts 1 and1 and one of our reps will be happy to assist you.         What holds in the check valve A953050-0070A in the body of the faucet? My faucet was leaking from underneath the base. I removed the faucet since I could not stop the flow of water from the base. Faucet is 7 months old.

          It would be necessary to "winterize" any faucet that would be exposed to the elements throughout any period of freezing cold temperatures, that is, to positively remove all of the water from waterlines. Also, it would be assumed that due to much more harsh conditions than mounting the faucet indoors, it will be subject to notably more wear & tear.
          With that being said, and in taking the proper precautions, all of our faucets should perform similarly when used solely in an exterior setting.
