                A:

                The decorative nut at the base of the spout should just unscrew. If you can not remove this you can try pouring some vinegar around the base of the spout to loosen up any corrosion that may be in there. Also you may need to use a strap wrench to remove it.               Hello, I've had a hampton two handle faucet for about a year now and its showing some weird behavior. When I turn the faucet on the flow rate is very low, but, after running the sprayer for a couple seconds and releasing it the flow from the faucet is full force. I've tried replacing the aerator.

                There will be some residual water left in the spout and aerator, but 10 seconds seems extreme. You may need replacement cartridges. Call Technical Customer Service at 1-800-442-1902, and then press options 1-4-1 Our office is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., EST and Saturday 8am – 6pm. Be prepared to have your model number, finish/color of model, month/year of purchase, name, street address and phone number.               Hello, This is Bari from Ann Arbor again. The leak that I was referring to is not at the spout stem base, but dripping from where the water normally comes out through the aereator. This tells me that either the cold or hot water valve is leaking. On this model how is this leak fixed since it is washerless. Please advise. Thanks.
