              Our Lakeland Kitchen faucet is mounted directly on the Quartz counter with no escuteon. We've just had to have a plumber replace the internal body and seal and the pull out sprayer. We can't tell if a part was missing from the beginning and that is a small pice the main body of the faucet sits on on the counter. Should there be a piece at the base of the faucet it fits in and swivels from so it's not directly on the counter surface?

                Typically, this type of faucet comes with a 6" to 8" wide base, but some do not have this, or it is an option.

                A:

                The internal body of the faucet actually makes contact with the counter before the spout body therefore there should be no contact of the spout body to the counter. The internal body is fixed and does not rotate.

                The supply lines under the sink may be interferring with the spray hose preventing it from pulling out.

            • Q:

              The spray part isn't working right. I took the top off it, but have been unable to figure out how to adjust it. Is there some kind of a diagram of how the inside of the spray part is supposed to be arranged, before I put the top back on it? I see that the white plastic thing inside can be moved around in various ways. Until today, I could always just push the top to turn on the spray feature, then turn it slightly clockwise to return to regular flow.
