  • Q:

    I want to clean the aerator - we had some work done on the basement pipes and the tap flow is slower, so the aerator may be plugged. I can take the spray end off the tap, but can't see how to remove the aerator. What am I missing?

      You submerge the spray assembly in white vinegar and the vinegar will clean the particles that are clogging the aerator.

  • Q:

    We just had this tap installed. When we adjust the spout so the water will flow straight without any spray, there is still a bit of a spray that hits the base of the tap. The only way to avoid this is to lessen the water flow. Is there a screen or something that needs to be cleaned?
