      I had installed 4332 400 now I want 4332 410 can i use the same size hole in the granite for installation or do I need a bigger hole since it has the sprayer??

        The connections are the same so you should have no problem removing the one you have installed for the 4332.410 model.

    • Q:

      We just had a 4332.310 installed and when we turn the water on, it starts to flow then there is a slight "thunk" and the water slows instantly to a trickle. It seems to be a problem in the installation - like a kink or something. The faucett was accidently installed in another part of the kitchen yesterday and worked perfectly - so i doubt it is the faucett itself. Any idea what i should look for?

        A:

        It sounds like you may have air in your water lines, you will need to let the water run to get the air out of the lines.

      We purchased a new Pekoe Bar sink faucet # 4332.310 with pull out spray.

      It was installed by our plumber.
      He tested it and very little water flow, my other sink faucets are fine we have 45 psig water pressure in the house. If you move the control handle just a little the flow will slightly change, but is very little. We have taken the cartridge out and there is no dirt in any parts. Contacted the sales company we purchased it from. They put me in contact with the area rep who sent me a new cartridge # M962689-007A cartridge,
      We replaced the orginal with the new one, same thing little flow, called the rep again he sent another cartridge, installed that cartridge same thing.

      Is there a problem with these cartridges? Is American Standard having problems with this type faucet? New faucet, three new cartidges, still very little flow just doesn't make sense to us.
