Beautiful product and great service.
For best result, only use replacement parts from American Standard. I like the lifetime warranty and will always buy American Standard product for this benefit.

      My gooseneck spout has come out of the base. Although I can push it back in, it will not hold when water pressure is present. Are the two o rings in need of replacement or does the spout need to be replaced? The bottom of the spout does not seem broken in any way.

        The cause is more than likely from the cartridges and the seals have went bad.
        To find your model number, the model number should be located on your receipt, installation instructions, or information
        book which came with your model. If you are not sure of your model or series number, then you will need to look on our American Standard website at www.americanstandard-us.com. Look under the Kitchen Faucets or Bathroom Faucets and find the one that identifies your model (note the color may be different). Double click on the small picture, and it will expand into a larger one. Scroll down on the left-hand side and under the DOWNLOADS tab should be spec sheets, installation instructions or a repair parts diagram. Click on one of these files and look for the model or series number at the top of the page. If your model has several, just choose the first four-digit number.

        If you cannot find any model which represents your faucet, you can call the Technical Customer Service line so that a representative can give you an address to send a picture of the faucet. If you need us to find the model number, you may call Technical Customer Service at 1-800-442-1902, and then press option 1 for Consumer, then option 1 for Technical Support. Our office is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., EST and Saturday 8am - 3pm. Be prepared to have your month/year of purchase, color/finish of model, name, street address and phone number. Any of our qualified technical customer service representatives will be glad to assist you.

        A:

        The valve mounting nut on the underside of the sink has likely worked loose and will require tightening from the underside. To ensure proper tightening, it is recommended the handle assembly be removed to verify the escutcheon has not worked loose as well.
