Yorkville™ Pressure Assisted Two-Piece Toilets Deliver Superior Flushing Performance
PHOENIX, AZ, GREENBUILD EXPO (November 11, 2009) — American Standard unveils the new redesigned Yorkville™ Pressure Assisted Two-Piece Toilets, the latest in a long line of high performing toilets that continue to achieve the top ratings in independent lab tests for bulk waste removal.
Equipped with pressure-assisted siphon jet flush action and a fully-glazed 2 1/8” trapway, the Yorkville toilets deliver high performance and fewer clogs, removing as much as 1,000 grams of bulk waste from the bowl with each flush.
The Yorkville FloWise® Elongated model is a high-efficiency, ultra-low consumption toilet that uses only 1.1 gallons per flush (gpf), making it WaterSense®-certified for saving 30 percent more water on each flush than standard toilets. The Yorkville is also offered in standard 1.6 gpf versions. Both versions are offered with elongated and elongated Right Height® bowls, which meet ADA requirements for accessibility.
In addition to its notable performance record, the Yorkville Pressure Assisted toilets are distinguished by their soft lines and rounded curves, a classic styling that makes them suitable for any décor. Their permanent EverClean® surface inhibits the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew, making them both easier to clean, and enabling them to stay clean longer.
All three models have a metal chrome trip lever and are available in white, linen, bone, silver and black. List prices for the models in white range from $640 to $814.
