should the flat side of the whote cartridge be facing separate ways? For example with teh handles off, the flat side of the carridage faces to teh left as does teh flat side of the cartridge for the cold

  If you truly have the 3275, then there are set screws set into the side of the handle, it takes a 5/64" hex to remove.

Q:
The hot water faucet in my shower leaks right at the base, fortunately it runs into the bathtub. I bought a replacement set but it came with the elbows to attach to the main water lines. Unfortunately though, the elbows for the hot, cold, and shower lines are soldered. Can I buy this set and just screw it into the existing threads rather than cutting the water lines and resoldering everything? I verified that the exising faucets are american standard.

model 3275-502-002 Will you please let me know I do not get water preasure. If I remove the handles the water has good pressure but, with the handles I get nothing, nada, cero!
