        American Standard does not make a sink with this requirement, the deepest bowl we offer is 6.5" deep, we have a few options, 0478, 0293 and 0700.

      Can you install this sink in a 21" deep countertop and still meet ADA? I have spec the product but I only have 21" depth for this sink.

      We are updating to a 2 sink vanity and have one 0473 sink we have used for 8 years. We would like to use the current sink as one and add a new one. It appears that 0476 is nearly an exact match. Is it? If so, would we expect a difference in the new white color vs the 8 year old 0473 in white? The old one has no stains and still really white. Maybe the next step is to take our old one to store and compare to the new if we can find one in stock....... This is a really good sink. Your guidance is appreciated.

      The overflow in the sink smells and has black junk in it which appears to be mold or bacteria of some kind. The smell will permeate the bedroom at times.

      This does not seem normal. The same exact sink is in a second bathroom and does not seem to have this problem.

      What is going on? There does not seem to be a way to clean it.

        It appears residue has collected in the overflow of the lavatory. Flushing the overflow channel out with a 50/50 solution of chlorine bleach should eliminate the odor.

        Generally they are approximately 1" smaller than the actual size of the size. however it is recommended to use the template provided with the Lavatory.
