    How do I remove the faceplate on the Berwick shower valve? Also we just had this installed about 3 months ago and has been dripping from the get-go. Is it possible the cartridge was defective or was it installed incorrectly?

    Does the shower head swivel, tilt, or adjust to change direction of water flow?

      Yes it does. Very little, but it does. I wouldn't guess that it rotates more than 20-25 degrees from verticle. Again, very little.

    My contractor installed this and while it is lovely it doesn't tilt enough to accomodate my needs. Is there an adaptor I can buy to put on the shower arm to increase the tilt angle?

      There is not an adapter availble through American Standard that will allow your showerhead to pivot or tilt more.

      You could add a hand held device but will only be able to operate either the shower head or the hand held device, you can get either a 2 way in wall diverter with trim or attach the 1660.410 shower arm diverter.

    can i use the berwick shower trim kit without bath faucet, with a 3-way diverter and add a hand-shower kit to it? 3-way diverter to be able to use both shower heads, OR either shower head separately.

      A diverter only transfer the water from one location to another, it can't be used as described in the question.

      There is no other function other than the rain shower function. The shower head itsself can be tilted and adjusted to spray in the direction you prefer.

    Does this shower head have the option of switching to a more forceful flow for rinsing or if the user prefers it to the rain effect? If so, how does it work?
