Choose it for our small half-bathroom because of the sleak design and small size. We were nicely surprised how efficient is the toilet. We rarely use the full flush! Very easy to clean.

Comments about American Standard Saver Elongated 1-Piece Complete Toilet:

We replaced our 50-something toilet 2 years ago with this one and saw our water bill drop. Works with one flush every time and has never clogged. Only tricky thing about the installation is that the one-piece design means that the large surface where the bowl joins the tank obscures your view of the mounting bolts when you're trying to set it in place. The force of the flush is startling the first few times--recommend closing the lid. Probably the only negatives are (1) because the water level in the bowl is low, it needs more frequent cleaning, and (2) the seat /lid assembly is flimsy plastic--we will probably get around to replacing it eventually.

Comments about American Standard Saver Elongated 1-Piece Complete Toilet:

American Standard toilets were installed in my new home construction in 1990. They have worked reasonable well for 20 years with numerous replacement parts installed during that timeframe. I purchased and installed by myself the American Standard Saver White High Efficiency Water Sense Elongated One-piece toilet Model #2568.128NT.020 at [@]. I wanted it so I will not have to mess with rusted tank bolts leaking again. Since the tank is incorporated into the porcelain one-piece design, no tank bolts sitting in water 24/7. I like the idea of this toilet being a one piece design so no rusted bolt replacement and for easier installation (don't have to mess with making the tank seal onto the bowl). It has industry standard low water consumption and greener conservation by using only 1.28 gallon of water per flush instead of the old 1990's 3.5 gallon toilets. I wanted an elongated bowl since I am a man who uses this bathroom more often than anyone in the house and wanted a taller toilet since I am over six feet tall. Really liked the price for this one-piece, very competitive with a two-piece designed toilet, as well as the high MaP score rating, the 2 1/8" trapway size (bigger poop escape path) and the 3" flush valve size (more water quicker for good gravity flush) which goes hand in hand with the ASME standard bowl rinse. Also like the EverClean surface feature (easier clean up and less resistant to skid mark stains). As with any water saver design, sometimes two flushes are necessary to get the job completed from a big iceberg, a log so large and impressive it could sink the Titanic with the length of the deuce emerging past the waterline. This is a toilet with many great features. Good bang for the hard earned dollar. I would give this toilet a 5 star rating, except there isn't any perfect toilet on the market today.

There is an offset flange that can be purchased for this reason. We do not manufacture this. You would need to check with a plumbing store.

You can go to Lowe's toilet webpage, look for this model and it will give you the dimensions since they sell them. I just bought this model and I can tell you the dimensions: Bowl is 16.5" tall, entire toilet is 28.5" tall, it is 15.5" wide, and sticks out 28.5" from the wall. I just installed and used several times and it has a very quiet flush and fill.

This toilet has a 1" clearance from the back of the tank to the finished wall. This could vary 1/4". It is recommended to use the 2833.128 Cadet 3 Elongated toilet that is designed for a 10" rough.
