  • Q:

we have the cadenza whirlpool tub....a while back one of our cats stepped on the jet control button...it ran...while the bathtub was dry...while we were at work...it was on when we got home...we immediately shut it off (side note...very poor design not to have some sort of cover over the button...we've since put a glass coaster over it)...anyways...the pump runs...for about 2 minutes on and a minute off....my husband says we need a new water pump...where can i find parts for this tub? thanks, Mary V.

I need a spec sheet&Installation guide for my Cadenza mod. 6060.028 purchased in 2003. House destroyed by burst pipes in Feb and is nearing completion of rebuild. Need some help with troubleshooting. I have a Cadenza Elite 6060E Series Whirlpool tub. When running the jets....they run for about one minute....then shut off on their own for about a minute...then turn back on their own...this just continues and the jets will not go non-stop. Any help or suggestions?

I lost the manual. My question is does the heating unit warm the water or must the water all ready be hot and it maintains that temperature.

  • Q:

What is the difference between the Cadenza EcoSilent Whirlpool and the Lifetime® Corner EverClean® Whirlpool [from Home Depot] as there is a big cost difference?
Asked on 11/8/2010 by Paul from Orlando, FL

    • CUSTOMER CARE

      A:

      Hi Paul,

These models have a similar acrylic shell, but they have very different whirlpool systems. The EcoSilent system uses a revolutionary new silent whirlpool pump, where the Lifetime Corner EverClean Whirlpool uses a conventional whirlpool pump. They both provide a strong, therapeutic experience, but the EcoSilent take the experience to the next level by doing it in near silence.
