  • Q:

After receiving replacement parts from the warranty department (THANK YOU!), we replaced the cartridge and seals on our Colony soft faucet. We were wondering if you need to put any type of plumbing grease on the seals (that are down under the base of the spout)? The faucet is no longer leaking (hooray!), yet the spout seems stiff to move from side to side. Thanks for the help!

We would suggest anything non petroleum based, to avoid drying up.

  • Q:

After replacing the diverter (Which American Standard supplied), it clunks when turned on, whether hot or cold water is used, and now the sprayer hangs (sticks) on. Also, the sprayer pressure isn’t very high. It sprays, but not very strong. Any help would appreciated.

  • Q:

The spray has almost no pressure. It did when when first installed, about 2 months ago. The water from the faucet still comes out when pressing the spray button, which didn't happen when first installed.

I have a low pressure/high volume well (~30 psi), and the hand sprayer only trickles water, making it near useless. Is there an adjustment?
