    I have a new Champion 4 toilet, model 2034.014. The tank continuously drains down until the refill valve fills it back up. I shut the water off and the final drain-down level is 1/8 inch BELOW the joint between the porcelain tank and the bottom of the base that the flush valve assembly is mounted on. Where could the leak be and how can it be fixed?

    I just replaced the flush valve seal on a 4260 Champion. The water level still goes down in the tank. Do I need to replace the the entire flush valve assembly?

    I bought 2 Champion 4 elongated toilet at Home Depot and the bowl on one of them does not fill the bowl all the way up. What do I need todo to get the water level up ?

      You cannot adjust the water level inside the bowl. The water should be at least 2" above the bottom trap way, and the water circumference should be 9x8.

To find the model number of the toilet, look into the tank along the back wall. Impressed, engraved or stamped into the china will be a four-digit number starting with a “2” or “4”. If you have a one piece toilet will begin with the number “2” and will be 4 digits long. If you have a two piece toilet your model number will begin with the number “4” and will be 4 digits long. Manufacturing date is located inside the tank.
