    I have a mixer valve with a 1/2 inch stem where the handle for the shower is attached. It is round and groved. any info would be appreciated

    I am specifying this for a retrofit renovation at NYU Medical center dormitories in NY. Can you confirm that the model listed
    for the Serin Flow Wise Bath/Shower trim kit will include everything I need for a complete installation? Also, do I need to spec. the drain with this? thanks

      For a full Bath/Shower installation which includes showerhead, tub spout, valve trim, and rough valve, you will need the following: T064.508 + R110 Series Valve.

      If it is a Shower Only which includes showerhead, valve trim and rough valve, you will need the following: T064.507 + R110 Series Valve.

      This Bath/Shower Trim Kit includes our FloWise 3-function Showerhead. It has 3-functions: 1.5gpm Turbine Spray (40% water savings), Full Spray (2.0gpm for 20% water savings), and a Combination Spray (2.0gpm for 20% water savings. This showerhead also has our exclusive Auto-Return Feature which automatically, reverts back to the 1.5gpm Turbine Spray, every teim you trun the shower off. So, you'll always start with maximum water savings.     Our Serin Shower (#T064.507) fixture came apart. We appear to have all the parts for the show head (#M953540-YYYOA) , and they are not broken. I can fit everything together but cannot tighten the assembly screw because it spins in the seating of the screw head. I cannot access the screw head to hold it while tightening the assembly together.

    If I had an exploded diagram of the shower head or some advice, it would be greatly appreciated.

      Repair of the showerhead is generally not suggested. Please call 1-800-442-1902 options 1-4-1 to order a replacement shower head.

    Is there a difference in water flow rate between Serin Bath shower Trim Kit and Serin Flo Wise Bath Shower trim kit? What are other differences in performance?

      The showerhead is different between these 2 products. The Serin FloWise Bath/Shower trim kit uses our patented FloWise showerhead that has a minimum flow rate of 1.5gpm and a maximum flow rate of 2.0 (40% and 20% water savings, respectively). You can learn more about the tecnology if you check out the showerhead page for 1660.613. The standard Serin Bath/Shower uses a standard showerhead that has a maximum flow rate of 2.5gpm.
