  • Q:

    I'd like to add a handshower to an existing Hampton 3 handle shower and tub faucet installation. Do you have a suggestion for a compatible kit. It would require a shower arm diverter because rough-in plumbing is finished. THoughts?

      If it is not desirable to install an inwall diverter, a 1660.410 shower arm diverter will be required. you may also want to consider a 8888.036 fixed wall bracket to hold the hand shower when not in use.

    I didn't realize our hand shower was "rain." Is there any way to modify it so we get greater flow?

      There is no way to change the rain function on the shower head and the pressure of the faucet comes from the water pressure that comes from your water lines.

  • Q:

    I have this model shower head along side an American Standard digital shower instead of a handle. Once the shower gets to the temperature set on the digital shower, it stops releasing water at a high pressure. The water is no longer hot and doesn't have any pressure. Is that the system or the water supply in my building.

    We have this hand shower kit A112-1B-1M 2.5 GPM Max
    along side the standard shower head A112-18-1M 95 LMN 2-5GPM Max in a walk in shower stall. We cannot get our hand held shower head to work. How do we get the water to that line? Thank you for your help.

      The use of these two units seperately require the use of either a R420 inwall diverter of the 1660.410 Shower arm diverter.
