Shower arm TOO short DO NOT BUY

      Very disappointed in this product. The arm is too short. You basically have to hug the wall above the faucet to get wet. I am surprised that this product is even on the market and that it was recommended by a reputable store. I will be replacing it asap. Very unhappy to spend $10,000 on a bathroom reno and then have a shower that is useless.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

        Easy to install...but the shower arm is too short. One has to has to stand near the wall to get wet. Not very comfortable.
        I would like to see what engineering can do to fix. The other problem is that the rain shower head does not have enough swivel range to compensate for the short shower arm.
        Is there an arm extension available?

          The product looks good but there is not enough pressure so the water does not get into the shower. Great for a "rain" head but the short arm length makes it so you have to basically hug the wall to get wet.

          Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

          Just put this in new house. The shower arm is too short. One would have to sit on the tub filler (faucet) to get a shower using the rain shower head. Swivel mount of head is insufficient to direct water far enough into the tub to make showering comfortable much less enjoyable. Pipe to head needs to be much longer or longer with an "S" configuration.

          Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

              You can only use 1 valve for this trim depending on the size of your connections. The R120 is used for this trim if you have Direct sweat inlets/outlets. The R120SS is a valve for Direct sweat inlets/outlets with Screwdriver stops. The R125 is the valve for Female thread inlets/outlets. The R125 is the valve with Female thread inlets/outlets and also has screw driver stops. The R127 valve has PEX inlets/Direct sweat outlets.

              You will need to purchase a diverter valve and the handshower, this will only allow the water to run from the shower head or the handshower at a time both will not run at the same time.

            We are having issues installing the diverter/tub filler. When we put it on our 1/2" copper pipe and use the allen wrench to tighten it, water continues to squirt out the back of the tub spout. Is this a common issue? What do you suggest we do to fix this issue so that we can use the shower?

            Hello, I'm having the same issue with the Green Tea shower head as other reviewers. The arm seems to be too short or not enough swivel--have to stand against the wall to get wet. Bummer. Is there a fix in the works? If not, can you suggest an alternate rain shower head that will not present a similar issue? Anything compatible with the Green Tea line? Thanks!

            I am looking for a wall mounted shower with simple on/off combined with temperature control faucet if possible. This is for a gardeners outside shower and so I am not looking to spend a lot of money although it does need to be durable - we live by the sea! Can you recommend one please?
