    our diverter is not staying up. what is causing that? is it easy to fix? it was working fine for about 5 months and now its hard to keep it from falling.

  • Q:

    The pressure valve is not working properly. When I pull it up to start the shower, alot of water continues to come out the spout. Water comes out both the shower head and the spout. The pressure valve seems loose.

  • Q:

    I have a 1/2" male threaded pipe nipple that protrudes 1/2" from the surface of the shower wall tile. Will this diverter tub spout screw directly onto that pipe nipple and tighten until it's flush on the shower wall? Also, what's the diameter of the circular backplate on the spout that will cover the opening in the shower wall?
