      Adjustable “3 Function” Showerhead means that I could turn around the tip of the shower head to control the volume/ pressure of water, right? After my contractor installed, I used the shower. I noticed that this head is no longer turning to adjust the volume of water, and I get water only from outside holes. Is this correct function of the “3 Function” Showerhead?

        The outside, end of the shower head should in fact rotate, as long as you have adequate water pressure it should allow the shower head to have 3 different settings. Call the warranty - technical line at 1-800-442-1902 options 1-4-1 for in-depth diagnosis or perhaps warrranty replacement.

      I just finished installing the Serin trim kit with built-in diverter valve and there is water coming from the shower head even when the diverter is set to the tub setting. It works fine when the diverter is pulled to send water to the shower. What would cause this problem?

        To operate the rain shower and the hand the hand shower independently, a R420 diverter valve is required.

        If this is a new install it may be necessary to flush out the valve body and check for obtructions. The flow rate from the tub spout shoound be approximately 5 gallons per minute at 60 psi.
