      A:

      A 1662.602 Complete Hand Shower System Kit is one option. The shower arm can be removed and the wall supply installed in its place. One other option is to retain the shower head and use a 1660.410 inline diverter with the kit above.

  • Q:

    About 3 year ago I installed a Williamsburg two handle bath/shower, model 1042 faucet in new construction, new water lines with good pressure. For three years the water flow has been marginal in pressure from the shower head. When I take the head off, with only the pipe the water does not have a decent stream, just "drools" out very slowly. The head is clean, the water lines are new so it must be in the faucet valves. Is there any way to adjust these faucets to let more water pressure go to the shower head?

      A:

      Try removing the cartridge and pressure balancing unit and flush out the lines. inspect the cartridge and pressure balancing unit for debris prior to reinstalling.
