    The product was difficult to install by a licensedplumber. The faucets leaks water. Paid too muchfor the facets not to work. The product is notgood. [...] Returning complete 3 handle shower and tub.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      Does this product come in brushed nickel? I currently have the 3 handles willimsburg collection in chrome and would like to change it to nickel. If it is unavailable - is there somthing else compatable with the diverter I already have? I do not plan on changing the plumbing, as it is new.

        This model was made in satin nickel. You will need to go to your local home depot to see if it is in stock, or if you can order it. If it is not available, there are not any other trims that will work on this valve.

      What's the best way to remove the handle adapter? It's in there tight and I'm not sure what to do. Needs to be replaced.

        If the handle adapter is stuck after removing the screw you can use WD-40 to loosen the adapter for removal.

      Why would I lose water presuure only for the hot water. Only in the shower, pressure is good in sink 3 feet away from the tub. Also good in other areas of the house. Cold water is good. Is it something with the hot water handle on this unit?

        There may be an obstruction in your cartridge, pressure balancing unit or valve body. Try removing the the cartridge and pressure balancing unit and flush them out as well as the valve body to remove any debris that may be trapped.
