I work at an MEP Engineering firm as a Plumbing Designer and I used these seats for our office renovation/finish-out - to which I am receiving rave reviews from my co-workers on their new level of comfort. Is there any better endorsement than coming from an entire Engineering firm that specializes in building construction?

P.S., American Standard bakes their anti-microbial application into their products rather than just spraying on like their competitors.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    I have a new 5910 110 020. It did not come with a stainless steel check hinge. No hinges, no posts, no fasteners--only what you see in the photo above. American Standard replaced it for me but the same single piece of plastic with no moving parts arrived.
    How do I get the hinges????
