  • Q:

My American Antiquities toilet tank model 4094 is cracked and needs to be replaced. How can I determine if the color is linen or white? Also, how can I determine the correct model for a replacement toilet seat? Thanks.

      A:

Please call into our customer care line at 1-800-442-1902, prompts 1 and 4. They will put you in contact with our literature department and can get white and linen samples sent to you. Also, a standard round or elongated seat should fit your toilet.

  • Q:

The design of this compares favorbly with our 1936 vintage American Standrad toilets (original design Maderas and Devonos) that now need replacing due to cracks. Our "problem" is that the toilets in our home use Sloan valves, not flush tanks, and so are more "commercial". Since I want to stick with American Standard, are your toilets shown with flush tanks also available in a configuration that would accomodate Sloan valves instead?

    Thanks!

      A:

No, only bowls specifically designed to be used with commercial flush valve bowls can be used in this case.

  • Q:

    Hi,
my Antiquity toilet seat is broken & I would like a replacement, my local plumbing supply said that the antiquity seat (elongated, linen color) is no longer made. They sold me a Church seat, but it is only 14" wide & my toilet is 15 1/2" wide. Do you have a part number or brand I should be looking at?
    Thanks

  • Q:

    Mine keeps running.
I replaced the FLAP, easy enough. But, it still runs.

    WHAT should I do?

One handyman said we could take the yellow cap off the "tower assembly that's closest the handle" and replace the black gasket in there. Problem is I can't get the yellow thing off. Does it twist? or pop off?

Do you have any other ideas about fixing its continual running?

    THANKS!

    • CUSTOMER CARE

      A:

The water control cap can be removed by twisting it counterclockwise. You can try flushing it out by turning on the water while covering the top of the valve with a cup. If this does not resolve your issue, your water control will require replacement.

  • Q:

Just installed antiquity elongated ASA height toilet.
The problem is that the toilet seat is very uncomfortable. The sides protrude and dig in to the legs.
Is there any other seat I could replace it with that matched the style of the antiquity toilet

  • Q:

I am having trouble with the trip lever on this toilet- It won't stay tightened. It loosens after just one flush. It is a 2001 vintage- is there just a washer or nut that needs replacing or do I have to purchase the whole trip lever assembly?

    • CUSTOMER CARE

      A:

Individual parts for the trip lever assembly are not available. It will be necessary to replace the entire trip lever.
