I spent a lot of time debating between this toilet and the significantly more expensive Toto. I am so glad I decided on this one! It is the most reliable toilet I have ever owned. In the 3 years I have owned it, I think the plunger has only been out twice in a family of 5. It is very nice looking, has a very strong yet quiet flush and is extremly reliable.

My previous toilet (not an American Standard) was a low flow as well, but the flush would cause water to splash onto the rim. This toilet stays very clean and always looks new!

I highly recomment this product to anyone in the market for a very high end toilet at a very reasonable price!

This is a good quality toilet. As a master plumber and bathroom remodeler, I have had zero complaints and zero call backs on this product. It meets the requirements in GA. for the rebate. I have them in my bathrooms.

This toilet qualified for a $100 water saving rebate from Los Angeles DWP. The added height makes it easier for the elderly or those who've had hip replacements, although all the adults in the household like it.

  . Generally, the toilet packages do not come with toilet seats and the seats are sold separately. The seats that are part of the Total Toilet package are created for consumers who are looking for an economical package. This allows consumers to install the entire tank and bowl complete with seat and wax ring. These seats are complimentary seats and are included for marketability purposes.

  Normal cleaning products can be used, the everclean surface is applied before the firing process, so it can never come off. Just like every other toilet I would just make sure not to use abrasive cleaners.

Q:
On 11/23 I asked about fallin g water level in toilet bowl.
on 11/27 you responded that I should slowly pour water into bowl until water level no longer rises. If water level drops steadily this would indicate an internal crack and the bowl would have to be replaced.
Vendor has agreed to replace the toilet. My question to you is how can I check the nes bowl prior to installation? Please advise. Thanks

  If you would like to pre-inspect the bowl for leaks, the toilet may simply be filled with water as stated previously preior to installation.
