Replaced the 3 low flow 1980's toilets in my home with this great toilet. No more double or triple flushes, ever!!! This toilet looks great, was easy to install (installed 3), and will flush anything with one flush. Saves water, and flushes like a Champion!!!

It sounds like it may be the fill valve. Please contact our customer care line at 1-800-442-1902, prompts 1 and 4 for assistance.

              • Q:

We have a Doral Classic Champion Style Toilet with the 4" piston action and accelerator flush valve. Our problem is that every time we try and flush the toilet the handle has to be shaken many times up and down in order for the mechanisum inside the valve to grab ahold so when we can push the handle down it will lift the valve and flush. What can be done about this, it has become such a problem especially when we have guests over and I have to go into the bathroom and flush the toilet for them when they can't figure out how to do it! Please get back to me with a solution ASAP.

Please call into our customer care line at 1-800-442-1902, prompts 1 and 4 for assistance. We will need the toilet tank model number. To find the model number of the toilet, look into the tank along the back wall. Impressed, engraved or stamped into the china will be a four-digit number starting with a “2” or “4”. If you have a one piece toilet will begin with the number “2” and will be 4 digits long. If you have a two piece toilet your model number will begin with the number “4” and will be 4 digits long. Manufacturing date is located inside the tank.

                • CUSTOMER CARE

                  A:

You generally would want to go down to a 10" rough in and the Champion line does not manufacture a 10" rough. Since it is so close you might want to try it, but please dry rough it in to make sure that it would fit first.

I need to purchase a toilet with a big space between seat and top of water level as my private parts constanly sit in the water. Makes it rather unconfortable as u can imagine. I think the model # 4281 will work. What due you recommend for this proble. I am not a large person so a tall unit or handicapped unit will allow my feet to hang and not touch the ground.

                  A:

The water distance between the seat and the bowl is the same in all of our toilets. The only thing that we can suggest is that you use a thicker seat that sets you up higher from the water.

                  A:

If you mean length, use a round front bowl. Length with a 12" rough-in will be 28-3/8".

If you mean height, use a normal height bowl, but height will be higher than 28". A Champion4 toilet with normal height bowl will be about 31-3/8" tall.
